Q. What time will the driver be delivering my water?
A. Drivers can deliver water between 7 am and 7 pm Monday to Friday. We cannot provide the exact time of the delivery therefore it is important to leave your empties out before you leave home.
Q. How often will I get a delivery?
A. We endeavour to deliver every fortnight on the same day. If this is not possible because of public holidays or for any other reason you will be notified.
Q. Can I hold my delivery?
A. Yes, of course you can. If you are going away on your much deserved holiday all you need to do is contact us and we can hold your delivery until your return.
Q. How do I order more bottles?
A. If you want to change your bottle delivery amount or want to change the type of water that is delivered you can e-mail us or phone us on 0800 998 997and we will gladly assist you with the changes to your delivery.
Q. How does my bill work?
A. All of our customers pay by direct debit. Payments are deducted 10 days following delivery. Alternatively you can deposit funds into our account at any time..
Q. How does the free water-cooler offer work?
A. Simply purchase 1 or more 15l bottles of water each fortnight and we will provide you with a water cooler for free (on loan). There is a minimum one year supply agreement in order to qualify for a cooler free on loan.
